What is a character file?
A character file is a file for me (firebadnofire) to detail a character's traits, ambitions, thoughts, abilities, tools, etc. Basically everything one would want/need to know about them.

Available Tools
BioSync's BioSync MK8, a powerful in-arm implant that is built to be moddable. By default, it comes with medical related abilities but can have software and hardware modded on for a whole host of new attributes.
DimaStrike (Pronounced "Dime-a Strike") M45, a modern (for her time) handgun that shoots 45 ACP with 10 reserve shots in the mag provided by DimaStrike.
High power GPU server, provided by Delta. Xeon uses this when breaching enemy tech. The MK8 is mainly just a box to initialize the hacking while the GPU server does the work. The only mods on the MK8 to allow it to hack is a newer wifi chip.
