Raphael Kubo da Costa 578989b7b2 Update to 1.0.0. 
- Adopt port.
- Declare the plist in Makefile itself.
- Remove unnecessary patches.
- Mark MAKE_JOBS_SAFE.
- Use make instead of GNU make.
- Enable debug builds.
- Install additional documentation.
