Don Lewis 0be2721e21 Upgrade to pywdns version 0.9.0. 
* Depends on the wdns C library >= 0.9.0.

 * Add contants TYPE_TLSA, TYPE_GID, TYPE_EUI64, etc.

 * Stores EDNS information in the message object.

Pet portlint (USE vs. USES order).
