Faulhaber be1a30be94 Reorder MASTER_SITES so that the DISTFILE is fetchable and is ... valid: * Two of the sites (dino.ph.utexas.edu and ftp.u-aizu.ac.jp) do not seem to be accepting connections. * The DISTFILE at ftp.che.utexas.edu is six bytes smaller.
