Mikhail Teterin e0c533f55b If both GDBM and NDBM are defined, siag will try to use all ... dbm-functions, including dbm_pagfno. Our ndbm DOES NOT provide it, but instead of being quite, it defines dbm_pagfno as DBM_PAGFNO_NOT_AVAILABLE. This breaks compiles, of course. Add the patch, that was on my local system since April, to undefine the this define and let siag use dbm_pagfno implemented in libgdbm. They should be compatible...
