Matthew Seaman 087a2e86ac Update to 1.2.17 
Introduce new OPTIONS_SINGLE:

   GNUTLS -- link against GNUTLS libraries.  This is the default, and
   what the port used originally.

   OPENSSL -- link against openssl or equivalent
