Alexander Vereeken c28431f314 games/mizuma: Update 2025.02 => 2025.04

Changes:
- [Config] Renamed PreventPrefixDamage to BackupPrefixRegistry
- Made Usage of wine/pkg.32.sh verbose
- Added ability to use local setup of applications like CD-ROM
  installations for instance.
- Added description about applications in the installation confirmation
  dialog.
- Added a warning about issues with VKD3D-proton 2.14+ and the
  possibility to downgrade.

 Mizutamari is A Wine front-end. Written in Bash with a GUI provided by Zentiy.
 A predefined library is used to manage the Windows applications.
 Providing/applying the required fixes and workarounds.
 Note: In order to avoid conflicts with the KDE environment,
 you need to build this port with the MESA_DEMOS option instead.
