Colin Percival e39021d5b3 net/aws-ec2-imdsv2-get: Update to 1.0.5 
This fixes retrieving non-UTF-8 data from the IMDS; in particular, it
unbreaks binary user-data files (e.g. compressed tarballs of configinit
commands).
