Upgrade to version 1.13.27. Update pkg-message. Remove the %%PORTDOCS%% entries from pkg-plist. Setting PORTDOCS= list-of-files adds them to the plist, and the redundant entries cause poudriere testport check-plist to fail. Add a note about how this style of MASTER_SITES breaks portscout.
