Richard Gallamore 9f1b1be53d *: Updated guacamole-[server|client] to 1.4.0 
Major rework to guacamole-client.

As of 1.4.0, guacamole-client requires npm to
build. Instead of building guacamole-client,
changed the port to simply downloading the
precompiled binaries. Since the precompiled
binaries don't completely adhere to heir, added
symlink to appropriate location
