* Switch to DISTVERSION
* Use GitHub as primary download site and Sourceforge as fallback
* Use USES= localbase:ldflags helper
* Switch from DBD5 (deprecated) to KyotoCabinet as backend
* Remove GNU_CONFIGURE_MANPREFIX
