18dd6954f3 - Add common code to support for cmake based ports. 
- Update devel/cmake to 2.6.0 (also fix ports/123092)
- Use the new CMAKE build framework in all ports using cmake

e7e239d19a - Add OPTION to mkae it work with non-utf-8 locales, 
- Add translation for russian language.
- Add pkg-message tip for users with problem 'english only dialogues'.
- Add working mirror for distfile.
