Mikhail Teterin	6f57d472f6	Upgrade to the latest version 1.4. It will be _required_ for TCL ... 8.3.2 and above, and helps the earlier versions too. Remove the patches and provide our own Makefile.bsd instead. Also, remove the WITH_TCL8? spaghetti and use a simpler TCL_VER?=8.3 aproach.
