7ca4fab465 - Trim Makefile header, define LICENSE (GPLv2) 
- Try to fix parallel builds by coalescing build commands
- Silence the patching routine
- Convert NOPORTDOCS -> PORT_OPTIONS:MDOCS
- Retouch COMMENT and port description: s/UNIX/Unix/
