- Mark BROKEN on 9.x: does not build due to incompatibility with GraphicsMagic:
/usr/local/lib/libGraphicsMagick++.so: undefined reference to `std::__detail::_List_node_base::_M_hook(std::__detail::_List_node_base*)@GLIBCXX_3.4.15'

GraphicsMagick was just updated, but there was as newer, second
PR to upgrade it once more. And again, the shared library version
has been bumped (haven't these guys heard of symbol versioning?)
While the INDEX references 114 users of GraphicksMagick, I'm going to
only bump the same 8 ports as yesterday. The bump script appears to
be obsolete (still uses CVS!)

It brings bison as a build dependency in case it is set the following way:
USES= bison or USES= bison:build

USES= bison:run
it brings bison both as a run and build dependency in case it the set the following way:
USES= bison:both
While here trim some headers
Convert some USE_GNOME= gnomehack to USES= pathfix
package-building. Make the test-target produce the tests' output on
stdout, so it is included in the traces -- this may help me debug the
problem remotely.
Also:
* Switch to GraphicsMagick for future stability;
* enable parallelized building.
* remove explict linking with -lstdc++.
* fix the bundled-in tests and make them run post-build
* Remove the defunct WWW from pkg-descr
of each port on bento and for recent fixes. Unfortunately at some point I
got confused and switched to the wrong list :-) As a result I picked up a
number of ports that were fixed a while ago. Sorry for the false alarm,
maintainers.
