Eitan Adler	c59a3834c4	At the moment 1385 ports use BUILD_DEPENDS= ${RUN_DEPENDS} and 450 ... ports use BUILD_DEPENDS:= ${RUN_DEPENDS}. This patch fixes ports that are currently broken. This is a temporary measure until we organically stop using := or someone(s) spend a lot of time changing all the ports over. Greg Larkin	bb06397c6c	This module comes with a set of methods to use with htaccess password ... files. These files (and htaccess) are used to do Basic Authentication on a web server. The password file is a flat-file with login names and their associated crypted password. You can use this for non-Apache files if you wish, but it was written specifically for .htaccess style files.
