Gerald Pfeifer	1e7fabfd53	GCC 6 has branched for the release of GCC 6.1 and GCC trunk has become the home of development for the GCC 7 series, so track this with a new gcc7-devel port, starting with the 20160417 snapshot of GCC 7.0.0.
