David E. O'Brien	37f72c4a9f	The configure test to see if we have a prototype for strncasecmp() is ... totally bogus with a ISO-C++ compiler. And the ical provided strncasecmp() prototype is also bogus. So just force things to know we have a proper prototype in strings.h.	2002-09-09 00:18:41 +00:00
