cvsweb.conf-openbsd, cvsweb.conf-ruby: Add $prkeyword variable to
allow user to use (e.g.) `Bug' instead of `PR' as the bug report
identifier.
Add cvsweb.conf-{freebsd,openbsd,netbsd,ruby} files, and move
rather FreeBSD specific configuration values to
cvsweb.conf-freebsd.
Add a %funcline_regexp entry for Ruby. (*.rb)
