2e7f70ed4a - Update to 2.64.
Other changes:

* Restyle port to use options framework plus other style changes.
* Remove MD5 authentication knob - enabled by default now.
* Add X-Originating-IP knob with patch from upstream.
* Add ssmtp.conf.5 man page to installation.
