- Add LIBASRDEVEL option to depend on dns/libasr-devel
- Use OpenSSL from ports, should help with migration to LibreSSL

- Add LIBASR option to depend on dns/libasr
- Remove MYSQL, PGSQL, LDAP, and REDIS options as they're removed
