Remove pkg-install, which is now replaced by mgettycfg with the same code.
In mgettycfg: - Suggest cuau1 (uart driver) as the default device, rather than cuad1 (sio) - Use Perl from LOCALBASE - Fix a few spelling/whitespace nits
