databases/qof: Deprecate

Browse source 
- Dist files are no longer available as host is no longer resolvable
  using multiple different resolver.

- However, no expiry date is set for now because deskutils/gnotime still
  needs it. Project mentions dependency [1] but project site is not found [2]
