Subject: [PATCH] graphics/pixen: Mark DEPRECATED

- Unmaintained upstream as last release was in 2006
- Both the WWW returns NXDOMAIN
- Set EXPIRATION_DATE 2025-05-20

If someone needs this port feel free to undeprecate and takeover
maintainership.
