sysutils/htop: Update to 2.0.0

- Update to 2.0.0 with native FreeBSD support
    - Remove sysutils/lsof dependency
    - Remove linprocfs dependency
    - Delete redundant pkg-message
  - Remove redundant GH_PROJECT
  - Refactor post-patch to use shebangfix
